This website is operated by AXYRON LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, trading as AXYRON (“AXYRON”,“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting axyron.net or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including the policies referenced here (Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.
All products are sold for personal, non-commercial use unless a wholesale agreement is in place. Product images are for illustration; colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and the handmade or small-batch nature of some items. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products and correct errors in descriptions or pricing at any time.
Eyewear notice: AXYRON sunglasses are fashion accessories. Unless a specific product listing states a lens rating or protection standard, no claim of medical, safety, protective or optical performance is made. Do not use our products for eye protection in hazardous activities or for driving where restricted.
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer (see Shipping Policy). By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline it at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorised resale or errors in pricing or stock. If we cancel an order after payment, you will be refunded in full. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
All content on the Site — including the AXYRON name and logo, product names, designs, photography, text and graphics — is owned by or licensed to AXYRON LLC and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose; to interfere with its security or operation; to submit false information; to scrape or harvest data; or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
If you send us feedback, reviews, photos or other content (including by tagging@AXYRON on social media), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it in connection with our business. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.
10. Third-party links and tools
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
The Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AXYRON LLC and its members, officers, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AXYRON LLC from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall first be raised with us atsupport@axyron.net so we can try to resolve it informally. Unresolved disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, except where consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring claims locally.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms and the referenced policies form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
